• Is a Massachusetts registered search firm specializing in Marketing, Sales and Finance executives

Fred has completed several long-term assignments that have included the following key focuses:

• building a strategic Human Resources function that is able to work, in partnership with the organization, to define and meet the business objectives.
• working with the management team members to focus on moving from being a "team of managers" to becoming a "high functioning team of leaders".
