  • Downsizing: organizes and implements company reduction in staff with legal due process

Frederick George

Fred has completed several long-term assignments that have included the following key focuses:

  • building a strategic Human Resources function that is able to work, in partnership with the organization, to define and meet the business objectives.
  • working with the management team members to focus on moving from being a "team of managers" to becoming a "high functioning team of leaders".
  • developing a recruiting strategy to attract top quality talent to the organization and a development process to ensure the opportunity for individual growth within the organization.
